What to write about

Something is broken. Tell us which browser you use and what you did before it went wrong. If a QR code failed to scan, say which phone and which app you tried.
A feature you want. Particularly export formats, content types, and styling controls.
Credits or a payment. Write from the address your account uses, so we can find the purchase.
Privacy. To have your account and its history deleted, or to ask what is stored about you. See the privacy page first, since it may already answer the question.

Before you write about a code that will not scan

Most scanning problems come from one of four causes, and the guides cover all of them: a logo covering too much of the code, not enough contrast between the code and its background, printing below the size the code needs, or losing the quiet zone around the edge. Checking those first is usually faster than waiting for a reply.

How long a reply takes

QR Best is a small independent project, not a company with a support desk. Expect a few days. Anything about a payment or a deletion request is answered first.
